Head of Growth Marketing

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of a unified marketing strategy that centers around growth and content marketing.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams to create brand awareness campaigns that engage new and existing customers.
  • Partner with leadership to define our marketplace ICPs and devise digital campaigns that engage and convert these key prospects.
  • Collaborate with partners & clients to announce upcoming launches
  • Closely monitor, measure, and report, and optimize campaign performance across a variety of key metrics to executive leadership
  • Become an expert in newtrul’s constantly expanding product suite in order to effectively create marketing content

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience in marketing roles, with at least 2 years in a growth or demand generation role, ideally in a marketplace and/or SaaS technology company
  • Deep cross channel experience with proven success managing growth across various channels including search, social, email, partnerships, PR, radio, TV, etc. Up to date on the current dynamics and best practices of different channels. Able to optimize resources and budget across channels effectively.
  • Proven ability to develop strategy and roll up your sleeves to execute on innovative tactics that drive rapid user and revenue growth.
  • Able to effectively collaborate and inspire a cross functional team with a variety of backgrounds and levels in a fast paced, remote/distributed early-stage startup environment
  • Experience with CRMs and analytics tools (e.g. Hubspot)
  • Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent time management and project management skills
